VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING Controlled production vineyards, located at an altitude of 500 m. and above. Cold fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control, selected yeasts and maceration on lees.

VARIETY White grape varieties permitted by the D.O Rioja, the majority being Viura.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

SIGHT Pale yellow colour with greenish glints.
AROMA Characteristic of the variety with notes of white flowers and the mineral reminiscence of the vineyard.
PALATE Smooth entry and balanced acidity, leaving a fleeting fruity aftertaste. Frank and full-bodied.

OPERATING TEMPERATURE Between 6 and 8 °C

GASTRONOMY It can accompany all kinds of salads and vegetables, pasta, rice dishes, fish and seafood.
