VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING Controlled production vineyards located between 300 and 650 metres above sea level in different areas of Rioja. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control and automatic pumping over and maceration for at least 8 days with selected yeasts.

VARIETY Red varieties permitted by the Rioja D.O., the majority being Tempranillo.

ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS

VIEW Bright and intense cherry red colour with bluish glints on the rim. of the glass, dense and abundant tears.
AROMA Characteristic of the variety with notes of raspberry, liquorice and red fruits. and red fruits. Very fresh nose
PALATE On the palate, the balance of the fruit is protected by soft tannins. soft tannins.

SERVING TEMPERATURE We recommend serving between 12 and 14ºC.

GASTRONOMY It can be served with vegetables, pasta, fish and grilled meats.
