VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING:
Hundred-year old traditional vineyards of small production with a glass shape layout located between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel vats under controlled temperature, 12 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts and malolactic fermentation in casks.
18 months in 225 L French and American medium toasted oak casks.
TEMPRANILLO 80%, GARNACHA 15%, GRACIANO 5%
APPEARANCE: Bright cherry red colour of high layer with an abundant drop.
AROMA: Wraparound cherry and fruits of the forest aroma with an elegant and slightly spiced touch, toasted notes and rich in niceties.
PALATE: Long and tasty, harmonious, balanced with elegant and wraparound tannins, controlled capacity and nice toasted after-taste.
