VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING:
Rigorously selected red wine from the variety Tempranillo, macerated and fermented for 14 days at 28-30ºC with autochthonous yeasts and aged for 12 months in American oak casks. After that, wines are carefully clarified and filtered for bottling and then stored then inin our cellars for a minimum of 2 years before release.
APPEARANCE: Deep ruby red colour with a light terracotta edge.
AROMA: Complex, reminiscent of fruits of the forest combined with fine toasted notes, oaked and finely spiced; characteristic of a very expressive Reserva wine.
PALATE: Full of well-structured fruit and oak, round and smooth, with a full and long aftertaste.
At room temperature, between 16 to 18ºC.
Red meat, game dishes, mature meat and fine cheese.
