VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING:
Vineyards of controlled production located between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermentation carried out in stain steel vats with controlled temperature and 8 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts. Gapes are selected following a careful and elaborated through grape bleeding.
APPEARANCE: Raspberry pink colour, bright and clean.
AROMA: Light purple notes characteristic to the Tempranillo variety together with raspberry notes.
PALATE: Soft and refreshing entrance due to its youthfulness. Sharp, well-balanced acidity that highlights its fruitful character.
Enjoy this wine from 8 to 10º C.
As an appetizer with all kinds of tapas. Perfect with vegetables, salads, rice and pasta as well.
