VITICULTURE AND WINEMAKING:
Vineyards of controlled production located between 300 and 650 metres of altitude. Fermentation carried out in stain steel vats with controlled temperature and 8 days maceration with autochthonous yeasts.
APPEARANCE: Bright and intense cherry red colour, blue hints with thick and abundant drop.
AROMA: Characteristic to the variety with notes of raspberry and liquorice and mineral hints reminiscent of the vineyard character.
PALATE: Soft and refreshing entrance due to its youthfulness. After taste, nice reminiscent of ripe fruit and great acidity-alcohol balance.
Enjoy this wine from 12 to 14º C.
