Una de las frases típicas de la Provenza dice que “Un día sin vino, es un día sin sol”. Y para los amantes de este zumo de uva, este dicho no carece de sentido. Muchos lo toman junto con el aperitivo, hay quienes lo beben en el almuerzo y otros que prefieren hacerlo durante la cena. El caso es, que la elección de un buen vino que acompañe a un plato en cocina dependerá mucho de la variedad escogida, sus características y el tipo de comida con el que se toma. Así pues, no será lo mismo tomar un tempranillo, que un vino verdejo, o un rosado, si estamos bebiéndolo con un tipo de alimento u otro. - Torre de Rejas: el intenso color rojo de este vino procedente de La Mancha, junto con su aroma y sabor de fruta madura con notas avainilladas, hacen de éste un compañero perfecto para beber con un plato de carne. Ternera asada, filetes en salsa, o solomillo ibérico son algunas opciones perfectas para comer con Torre de Rejas. También un plato de queso curado tomado en el aperitivo con este vino ganador del “Gold Medal-Berliner Wine Trophy” en 2016, puede ser una combinación ideal para todos los fanáticos del tempranillo.
- Cal y Canto Blanco: este verdejo de aroma tropical y sabor afrutado, es perfecto para tomarlo con pescado o marisco. Una lubina a la sal, o una ración de gambas a la plancha serían una opción muy acertada para comer con este vino. Lo más conveniente sería beberlo fresquito, a una temperatura de unos 8ºC. También es idóneo para beberlo con un poco de fruta del tiempo.
- 5 Oros: carne y pescado a la parrilla, arroces o patés son algunas sugerencias para comer con este vino de variedad garnacha. El aroma a frutos rojos con notas minerales y su sabor suave y equilibrado lo han hecho ganador del ‘Gold Medal-Berliner Wine Troph de 2014 y el ‘Silver Medal – Concours Mondiale de Bruxelles’ del mismo año.
